Welcome to Infloq! This guide will walk you through setting up your first campaign and getting your team ready to manage influencer content efficiently.
Step 1: Create Your Account
- Visit infloq.com
- Sign up with your email address
- Verify your account through the confirmation email
- Complete your organization profile
Step 2: Set Up Your Teams
Before creating campaigns, organize your team members:
Creating Teams
- Navigate to Teams in the sidebar
- Click Create Team
- Add team details:
- Team Name (e.g., "Legal Team", "Marketing Team")
- Team Type (Legal, Marketing, Content, etc.)
- Permissions based on team function
Default Team Types
- Legal Team: Content compliance and legal review
- Marketing Team: Brand alignment and strategy review
- Content Team: Creative and technical content review
- Agency Team: External agency management
- Influencer Team: Influencer relationship management
Step 3: Invite Users
Add team members and external collaborators:
User Roles
- Admin: Full platform access, user management
- Manager: Campaign creation, monitoring, approvals
- Viewer: Read-only access for stakeholders
- Internal: Approval-only access for review teams
- Agency: Content submission and management
- Influencer: Content creation and campaign participation
Inviting Users
- Go to Users > Invite User
- Enter email address and select role
